Job Description
- As a BMS Operator you are capable to administer and control the task of the structure the board framework and screen all plant exercises of the central command building administrations.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Give the upkeep boss arranged preventive support (PPM) plans for usage and handle the follow up on the equivalent.
- Break down the conduct of the plants as for the set point and setting up the different control parameters.
- Perform day by day reviewing of plant execution by using the offices based on the structure the board framework (BMS) for example information logging, plant survey, alert chief status, and so forth.
- Investigate reasons of disappointment of plants and gives explicit analytic, issue examination and indicate the important therapeutic activities for Supervisor's endorsement
- Utilize the chronicled logged information of different plants to survey the framework and propose upgrades so as to upgrade the framework productivity and/or lessen the task cost just as improve the administrations gave to client
- Program the BMS and PPM framework and different plants (for example backup control generator, diesel driven putting out fires siphon, fire caution framework, and so on.) for programmed intermittent testing
