Job Description

  • Leading business market entry
  • Business development and geographical expansion in Nigeria
  • Developing annual budgets and forecasts in consultation with your line management
  • Managing the budget including revenue and all associated direct or indirect costs and expenses 
  • Providing a short term financial forecast based on market analysis including legal, regulatory, marketing commercial and competitor environment results
  • Liaising with external consultancy and law firm and providing ad-hock advise to grow new business opportunities. Providing statistical analysis of market data to monitor and identify candidate trends 
  • Increasing referral partner network and third party centers where there is an opportunity to win market share and expand the Group foot print 
  • Coordinating with Regional Marketing team to ensure all test centers related information are updated on proactive basis. Ensuring that Third Party testing operations are compliant with requirements of the Group quality system and proactively look for new partners all over the country. Ensuring that all candidates sitting tests receive exemplary customer experience at every contact point.
