Job Description

  • Keeps up the frivolous money reserve and checks.
  • Dispenses approved installments from unimportant money store or check.
  • Gets money or check against money receipt vouchers (CRVs) and makes store to the association  record.
  • Makes booked installments of Income Tax, Withholding Tax and other government commitments.
  • Records approaching and cordial sends and circulates to proper people.
  • Screens office tasks and guarantees office gear are working, start and manage upkeep when required.
  • Delivers quarterly store status report and screens least stock dimensions.
  • Encourages yearly stock taking for consumables and fixed resource situated at field workplaces.

Employment Requirements:

  • BA degree in Accounting/Office Administration
  • 2 years of NGO/INGO involvement in the limit of money the board
  • Superb authoritative aptitudes, capacity to decide needs and tender loving care is an absolute necessity.
  • Eagerness to work in the field and travel when required.
  • Capacity to utilize different PC programming, for example, Microsoft Office Products.
  • Capacity to successfully convey orally and in clear and useful composed correspondence.
