  • A+ or N+ or Similar
  • 2 years' + functional work involvement in Desktop/Network Support Technicians is fundamental
  • 2 years + pragmatic experience MS Excel Report Generation, and ordering charts on Excel IS A MUST HAVE
  • 2 years + pragmatic involvement with MS Office 365 or comparable is basic
  • 2 years + down to earth client account organization/the board understanding by giving clients access to a customer's key frameworks, MS Outlook and Internet an incredible bit of leeway
Obligations And Responsibilities

  • End-User contact
