Job Description
? Implement and manage projects or project campaign assigned to the district including
quantification of insecticides and equipment needs
? Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of spray teams and spray gangs at the
district level
? Supervise and track inventory distribution and storage of materials in the district,
? Work with the logistics and procurement team to support procurement of logistics for the
district
? Prepare weekly and other activity reports as directed by the project Operations Manager
and Regional Manager
? Facilitate communication between Region and the districts
? Ensure every new employee gets quality training and support in the district.
? Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing company standards in the districts.
? Manage and coordinate field and office staff activities in the district.
? Verify/Finalize timecards for employees and approve paid time off in the district.
? Manage employee schedules that optimize labour to business needs in the district.
? Perform any other duty(s) assigned by a Superior Officer.
