  • Audit and update specialized records (for example manuals and work processes) .
  • Keep up classification around touchy data and terms of understanding
  • Monitor significant task archives like undertaking plans, merchant contracts and illustrations.
  • Disseminate venture related duplicates to inward groups
  • Keep documentation sheltered and sponsored up; and perform information passage errands when venture records need refreshes.
  • Print out and circulate undertaking archives to directors, sellers and colleagues.
  • Duplicate, sweep and store reports
