- Audit and update specialized records (for example manuals and work processes) .
- Keep up classification around touchy data and terms of understanding
- Monitor significant task archives like undertaking plans, merchant contracts and illustrations.
- Disseminate venture related duplicates to inward groups
- Keep documentation sheltered and sponsored up; and perform information passage errands when venture records need refreshes.
- Print out and circulate undertaking archives to directors, sellers and colleagues.
- Duplicate, sweep and store reports
