Duties and Responsibilities

• Stakeholder mapping and engagement as a critical part of the assignment.

• Analysis of alternatives to the proposed project (e.g. alternatives on technology, design, site location, stakeholder preferences, no-project etc.)

• Identification of the risks and impacts,

• Identification of opportunities to be exploited to enhance the programme’s/project’s interventions

• Identification of key mitigation measures and resource requirements (both human and financial) for application of the mitigation measures.
