- This job reports to the Managing Director/CEO.
- key elements of the Head, Strategy and Policy would be to:
- Bolster the MD/CEO in driving key activities, creating and executing long haul development plans and productivity objectives.
- Investigate and prescribe developing industry patterns, openings, dangers and practicality of outside colleagues.
- Ceaselessly screen inward business execution and prescribe business process improvement.
- Facilitate hierarhical surveys, imparting results to top administration, and creating methodologies for development.
- Offer help for the MD/CEO in dealing with his everyday business exercises.
