Job Description
- Maintain all mechanical device in an orderly and clean situation.
- Carries out plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, ventilation, fixtures and fixtures, portray, wall cover maintenance, light carpentry, door and window upkeep.
- Respond to all renovation requests by the distinct departments and guests directly in a well timed and efficient manner.
- Carries out preventive protection of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and structures.
- Inspect guestrooms and other places of the resort every day for any issues with the intention to keep away from any guest dissatisfaction.
