Job Description

  • System knowledge: Data cabling, CCTV system, access control, Fire Alarm & Detection, and PA systems based on project specifications and client requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that system designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Cost Estimation: Providing accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor required for system installation.
  • Technical Documentation: Creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for system designs.
  • Vendor Management: Selecting and liaising with vendors and suppliers to procure equipment and materials required for system implementation.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Overseeing system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.
  • Continuous Learning: Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to Data cabling, CCTV system, access control, Fire Alarm & Detection, and PA systems.
  • Performing quality review of draft deliverables (in-progress and final) and providing comments for improvements where necessary. Keep enter all progress data of project in CRM software.
  • Prepare handover documents
  • Help organisation to complete sales cycle by closing payment outstanding against projects
