Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing company.
Must have experience in making the strategic planning, OD Interventions, policies and procedures.
Should have experience in payroll management, salary and wages calculations, grievance handling, safety, canteen management, housekeeping and transport management.
Specially required for preparing the HR Manual across the companies.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
