Job Description

  • Identify preparing and advancement needs inside Parliament through employment examination, evaluation plans and standard discussion with directors, managers and staff:
  • Design and grow preparing and improvement projects dependent on the requirements of the association and the person:
  • Plan and survey the 'arrival on speculation' of any preparation or improvement program;
  • Develop powerful enlistment programs for new staff and understudy attachés
  • Monitor and survey the advancement of students;
  • Conduct evaluations and devise individual learning plans;
  • Produce preparing materials for in-house improvement programs;
  • Manage the conveyance of preparing and advancement programs;
  • Evaluate preparing and advancement programs;
  • Ensure that statutory preparing prerequisites are met; and
  • Performs some other HR obligations as alloted by the Director Human Resources
Least Qualifications and Personnel Specifications :

  • Honors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences
  • IPMZ Diploma in Training Management or equal
  • 5 "O" Levels, including English Language and Maths
  • Five years applicable involvement in an open foundation
  • Effective correspondence and introduction abilities
  • Ability to work under strain with insignificant supervision.
