Job Description
- Identify preparing and advancement needs inside Parliament through employment examination, evaluation plans and standard discussion with directors, managers and staff:
- Design and grow preparing and improvement projects dependent on the requirements of the association and the person:
- Plan and survey the 'arrival on speculation' of any preparation or improvement program;
- Develop powerful enlistment programs for new staff and understudy attachés
- Monitor and survey the advancement of students;
- Conduct evaluations and devise individual learning plans;
- Produce preparing materials for in-house improvement programs;
- Manage the conveyance of preparing and advancement programs;
- Evaluate preparing and advancement programs;
- Ensure that statutory preparing prerequisites are met; and
- Performs some other HR obligations as alloted by the Director Human Resources
Least Qualifications and Personnel Specifications :
- Honors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences
- IPMZ Diploma in Training Management or equal
- 5 "O" Levels, including English Language and Maths
- Five years applicable involvement in an open foundation
- Effective correspondence and introduction abilities
- Ability to work under strain with insignificant supervision.
