Job Description
- This job is being made as a feature of the new Finance association in Algeria. The fundamental duties will be to deal with every one of the GMS procedure identified with inventories, guarantee coordination with GMS money supervisor and play out the required prerequisites as far as accounting, development and compromises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accounting of GMS related inventories development (importation of API, neighborhood obtaining of API and pack, utilizations, Factory cost difference, stock arrangement advertisement stock discount, generation variance
- Ensure the accounting of the traditions leeway expenses, sovereignties, travel, port warehousing fines
- Account payables coordinating exchanges and obligation investigation;
- Participate effectively to month end shutting process and the year end process giving all the required report, compromise and investigation and Stock in travel compromise;
- IPT month to month accommodation for GMS API and Raw materials;
- Standard audit in SB14 and IPT with Budget division;
- Participate to the Flip exercise for the standard audit;
- Perform the month to month stock compromises for GMS;
- Prepare the manual presenting related on Inventories exchanges GMS;
- Ensure the coordination with strategic branch of GMS, spending plan and Finance.
Fundamental capabilities:
- CMTC d'ÉTAT-Cadre Comptable (CED) Finance and bookkeeping
- Bachelor qualification Finance and bookkeeping
- At least 3 years of involvement in bookkeeping/fund
