Job Description
- First line client support: Be the main contact for client inquiries, helping them with utilizing the product, commonly through TeamViewer. Any inquiries that can't be addressed will be alluded to the pertinent individual.
- Back office support - This duty will incorporate helping clients with beginning arrangements during interpretation of, just as information/setup redresses.
- Client Take On - This incorporates performing essential arrangement capacities for when we take on another client, just as changes to existing arrangements.
- Useful Configuration - This incorporates helping the Product Manager with customisations which are performed through our very own interface.
Prerequisites
- Despite the fact that product advancement aptitudes and capabilities will be profoundly useful, it isn't required for this job.
- It is anyway necessitated that the competitor be gifted in fundamental office applications, particularly Excel.
