Job Description

• To follow proper gowning/De-gowning procedures and ensure that the same is followed by all the persons in manufacturing area.

• To ensure proper opening & closing of the Department

• To check the Quantity and identity of the dispensed Raw Material and packing material through BMR &BPR.

• To check the label of each Stage process container with BMR & BPR for its correctness of weight.

• To carry out status labelling of equipment, materials and area.

• To maintain online documentation like BMR, BPR, Logbooks and other shop floor log sheet recording it in respective formats as per frequency and get it checked and signed by respective Executive.

• To perform changeover of Equipment is for the next product within specified time and make the area ready for line clearance.

• Handover of the machine, operation, settings and cleaning activity to next shift operation.

• To perform cleaning of Equipment, area and change parts.

• To minimize the rejection of manufacturing and packing process with in specified limits.

• To ensure the Raw materials and packing materials as per the BOM.

• To take trials with new change parts and dies punches etc. on machines to check the compatibility for smooth functioning.

• To minimize and control product rejection during manufacturing and packing to maintain yields within specified limits.

• To perform the production and packing operation with strict adherence cGMP so that product with good quality to maintain a market.

• To report any abnormality observed during shift immediately to respective Trainee/Executive/Sr. Executive/manager.

• To follow and obey as and when asked by supervisor.

• To intimate the Engineering maintenance department in case of any breakdown as per SOP.

• To assist engineering department during preventive and breakdown maintenance as well as during civil work.

• To operate the machine in staggered way during Lunch break/Shift change over and Dinnertime for optimum utilization of the resources and utilities.

• To ensure that safety and cleanliness procedures was followed in working area as per HSE policy.

• To read and strict adherence to SOPs of respective department required to make the process/operation compliance with cGMP practices.

• In case of unavailability/absenteeism of next, shift Trainee technician/Technician continue the activity until next shift end.

• Using and maintaining equipment, system and facilities to provide a safe and hygienic working atmosphere.

• Maintenance of shop floor discipline, maintain high degree of morale, and technical expertise in the team.

• To Execute worker and Asst. Operator has given proper training to desired equipment.

• To obey the supervisor guides on shop floor. Do not make any argument through shop floor working. If any observation found strictly make action on higher authority (HR Department).

• Any other Assignment given by Sr. Executive/ Manager, at the time to time make complies and better legibility to task completion.
