Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Togo. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, expand our customer base, and increase market share in the confectionery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
5. Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
7. Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the FMCG or confectionery industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
7. Strong knowledge of the Togolese market and confectionery industry trends.
8. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
2. Experience working with international companies or in a multinational environment.
3. Knowledge of sales force automation tools and CRM software.
