Job Description
- As the Protocol and Freight Manager, you will be in charge of driving on the Protocol and Freight activities, setting up the frameworks and procedures that will prompt a compelling joint effort with the Tunisian government and a smooth conveyance of Protocol work.
- You will work with senior partners in the Tunisian Government, and will answer to the Head of Corporate Services.
- Educate on and apply for accreditation concerning new openings in co-appointment with FCO help work area.
- Draw in with MFA, traditions and government compelling authorities to build up a beneficial relationship
- Exhort Senior Management on equal courses of action in conference with Protocol London, for example, airplane terminal visits and VIP get to, VIP packs and strategic shipments leeway
- Offer direction and exhortation on Protocol demands or issues.
- UAF, substantial stuff, political vehicles, or any authority strategic merchandise.
- Liaise with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nearby master on Tunisian guidelines for conciliatory cargo.
- Exhorting UK based officials with privileges and proper delivery alternatives through; air, ocean or strategic sack.
Least capabilities:
- Familiarity with English, French and Arabic both composed and spoken
- Least of 3 years' involvement
- Demonstrated Organizational and Administrative Skills - following set systems and rules deliberately and precisely with insignificant supervision
