1). Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the African region for our trading business.
2). Identify and prioritize key target markets, and potential clients in Africa, conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
3). Travel to various countries within Africa to meet with existing and prospective clients, build relationships, and promote our products.
4). Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
5). Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Africa, and provide insights and recommendations to management for business growth opportunities.
6). Open for Travel to African countries as and when needed for customer visits and orders confirmation. (3-4 months in a year person should be happy to live with his suitcase).
7). Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and optimize the sales process.
8). Cold Calling, attend individual inquiries from different clients.
9). Generate regular reports for management review.
