Job Description

  • Help Manager's everyday exercises, short and long haul plans, and on intermittent calendars course of action and their convenient exhibitions.
  • Utilizing an assortment of programming bundles, for example, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel sheet, Access … and so on., produce correspondences and reports; keep up spreadsheets and databases.
  • Devise and keep up office frameworks and space the executives;
  • Organizes Internal and outside gatherings; takes minutes; helps the execution of choices.
  • Get ready reports and materials for productions and introductions.
  • Sort out and handle/keep up records legitimately in its printed copy and PC based data.
  • Keep up Manager's logbook/plan; orchestrate and organize gatherings and meetings.
  • Make translate/records/, and appropriate gathering plans and minutes;
  • Answer phones and handle office gear in fitting way.
  • Meet and welcome customers and guests.
  • Perform general administrative obligations to incorporate yet not constrained to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and documenting.
  • Sorting out all kind of desk work including pictures, sound records, reports and PC based data.
  • Handle all Admin Assistance and office Management works of its area of expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Client situated, Strong critical thinking and investigative abilities, Attention to Detail, promptness and Deadline-Oriented,
  • Classification, trustworthiness, nature of work are from significant abilities; Company principled works, programming use and General Math Skills.
  • Capacity to play out numerous undertakings at the same time; capacity to keep up great working relationship.
  • Great expertise recorded as a hard copy and talking about English and Amharic dialects
  • Capacity to work well in group arranged condition, with no nearby supervision.
  • Four year college education (BA ) or Diploma in secretarial science, the board, HR or in any related sociology field of study; and
  • Four year certification (BA) – multi year experience on straightforwardly related field
  • For Diploma (Level IV with COC) - 4 years and above.
  • Experience from perceived Business Company occupied with Technology (ICT) is invaluable.
