Job Description
- Assist with studies, introduction, thought, and presentation of social media approach and included advertising campaigns.
- Interpret and roll-out approach and creative standards
- Communicate and coordinate with client service, manufacturing and strategy groups to ensure that social media approach helps universal emblem objectives.
- Conceptualise and write month-to-month content plans throughout social media structures in step with social approach, customer insights and brand tone of voice.
- Develop clean innovative thoughts in line with social media and content developments.
- Devise agile tactical executions based on breaking information and trending subjects.
- Attend emblem activities and create real-time social media posts as and when required.
- Publish every day content material posts according with month-to-month plans.
- Review user feedback and posts in a brief and timely manner.
- Respond to comments in order to foster a nice network and add price to the purchaser experience.
- Escalate complaints, queries and worries to relevant stakeholders
- Listening and reporting: flip conversations and customer remarks into actionable insights and client-dealing with reports.
