- Encourage mechanical specialized preparing programs that satisfy the prerequisites of the mechanics support groups in Fermel .
- Facilitate and regulate an organized at work (OTJ) program for specialized staff .
- Encourage administrator preparing programs .
- Connect with students in an intelligent learning procedure to upgrade learning capacities .
- Recognize preparing and advancement prerequisites .
- Invigilate appraisals, get ready reports of test outcomes .
- Heighten uncertain issues to the board and process proprietors .
- Interface with preparing masters, line supervisors and business partners
- Plan preparing conveyance reports.
- Exchange Test (Diesel or Auto Electrical).
- Must be an enrolled Assessor and Moderator with applicable SETA.
- Industry authoritative consistence/information.
- Must have sound learning of mechanical frameworks, electronic blame discoveries.
- Have a decent mechanical foundation with the capacity to peruse illustrations and electrical and pressure driven schematics.
- Solid PC aptitudes (PowerPoint, Word, and so on.)
- Solid oral (open talking) and composed relational abilities.
- Willing to make a trip to destinations to convey preparing.
