- Helping with Project Scheduling.
- Organizing venture installments (solicitations).
- Task documentation the executives.
- Facilitate with specialized group on work-in-advance
- Visit refresh of advancement reports.
- Sort out settings for gatherings.
- Keeping up and refreshing the undertaking logbook.
- Staying up with the latest with consistence guidelines.
- Recognize and heighten to the executives any mishaps affecting on the undertaking.
- Taking of meeting minutes, formalizing of notes taken by Project Manager/Project Engineer.
Abilities required:
- PC educated in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web and email.
- Solid arranging, authoritative and managerial aptitudes.
- Capacity to organize and perform multiple tasks.
- Solid relational abilities (verbal and composed)/Above normal order in English.
