Job Description
- Manage and control relevant ITS cost centers across base and project budgets.
- Manage and lead a diverse dedicated team to effectively deliver operating and work plans within time and on budget.
- Manage supplier and outsourced service provider relationships in line with agreed balanced score cards and vendor contracts.
- Develop models for predicting productivity fluctuations and proactively resolve dysfunctions.
- Coach, mentor and share experience to improve competence and performance of team.
- Alignment of Quality Assurance and change delivery objectives.
- Assist with the defining, executing and monitoring of Quality Assurance to ensure effective and efficient quality control outcomes.
- Mature testing and quality assurance processes within the S/IDCL.
- Formulate and apply best practice models and methodologies that are relevant.
- Determine appropriate quality tolerance levels for IT deliver.
- Integrate and influence key stakeholders to develop a total quality management approach.
- Deliver the testing requirements.
- Continually develop the testing capability and competence.
- Install structure and mechanisms to create a cultural ethos that sees to the ownership and governance of testing.
- Manage all testing activities
