Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including property management, canteen services, transportation, facility management, utility maintenance, DG sets, general administration, and vendor management.
  • Oversee the overall performance of facilities and ensure smooth functioning of all aspects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in facilities management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facilities management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to facilities usage.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong knowledge of administration, canteen services, facility management, general administration, property management, transportation, utility maintenance, DG sets etc.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
