Job Description

Responsible to Manager Hot Rolling mill electrical and Automation department.

Must have working experience in ABB Drives (A.C Motor with Variable frequency)

Sound Knowledge of electrical Schematics, block diagram and drawings.

Installation, Testing and commissioning knowledge in ABB, Crompton greaves and Kirloskar Vacuum Circuit breakers.

Commissioning and Troubleshooting knowledge in ABB, AC Drives

Strong ability to troubleshoot PLC HMI and SCADA Control systems. Must have experience to download and upload Plc program.

Installation, commissioning and Troubleshooting knowledge in APFC Panel.

Skilled in installing testing, commissioning and synchronizing AC Drives.

Experience in Transformer, Servo Stabilizer and OLTC Maintenance (Oil, Filtration, BDV testing)

Knowledge and Troubleshooting experience in crop and cobble shear, Flying shear.

Experienced in Daily power monitoring, Calculations and reporting at monthly basis.

Experienced in implementation of corrective and preventative maintenance programs.
