Job Description
- Ensure the team of workers canteen is constantly smooth and kept in an orderly way and a proper staff eating time desk is maintained.
- Set wellknown running techniques (SOPs) to be adhered to with the aid of the service team.
- Ensure that co-people meet all requirements for overall performance, look and service provision, determines assignments and department of obligations.
- Ensure the service crew is trained on drinks information and provider techniques and they do follow the standards.
- Maximize sales through good salesmanship/up promoting and attentive provider by using the carrier group.
- Responsible for helping the F&B Manager to achieve and maximize the income and earnings of the department.
- Hold meetings with the group to deliberate on enhancements of the running of the sports bar/eating place and skip the minutes of the deliberations to the F&B Manager.
- Ensure and maintain desirable workforce subject with most productivity.
- Carry out personnel administrative responsibilities which include practise of obligation rosters and paintings schedules, go away schedules and annual performance appraisals.
- Ensure that participants and guests behavior themselves in accordance with the Club policies whilst within the Clubhouse and to file any deviation to the F&B Manager.
- Prepare and put up timely reviews and records for decision making.
- Continuous professional development to hold up with modern-day industry trends.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and benchmark with industry requirements.
- Ensure all of the F&B personnel undergo the periodical clinical checkup.

- Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or a associated discipline
- Certificate in Microsoft Office Applications
- Must have sound know-how of food & beverage merchandise.
- Conversant with price manipulate reviews
- Knowledge of inventory manage device, POS System
