Job Description
- Collect market information, track forthcoming requirements of all Gas Plant, Power Plant, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas Industry
- organize presentations & seminars to facilitate registration with customers/clients, send product information mailers, maintain customer contact to create awareness of Control automation products, and favorably influence customers.
- Identify potential customers, build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, Accountability towards monthly targets on orders/shipments & quarterly targets on opportunity pipeline.
- Drive sales growth and increase market share in Assigned Territory
- Deal with key customers in Oil & Gas, Gas Plant, Power Plant, Metal & Mining, segments
- Manage customer relationships from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through product and services
- Conceptualize and execute pricing and service agreements with all industries .
- Develops, implements & sustains comprehensive account plans (sales, marketing, and service programs/strategies) to achieve annual booking and sales numbers
- Meet weekly customer visit targets and generate sales opportunities
- Be a single point contact for coordination related to customers.
- Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.) and ensures updated maintenance of the CRM system. Understand customer requirements and offer correct product/technology solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offers.
- Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order
- Coordination/Teamwork with supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfillment of the order to customer satisfaction.
- On-time payment collection from customers
- Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory
- Continuously maintain and update the market information including competitors' activities, market and industry trends in the region in order to enable the management to analyze and work out strategies.
- Attend techno-commercial discussions and follow-up with customers and timely feedback to ensure proper offer follow-up, improve offer competitiveness, and prospect for project acquisition.
- •Role requires extensive knowledge & experience of the Industry, crucial know-how to close orders directly with customers. • Have experience in handling industrial customers in the region. Target-oriented and able to handle the high-pressure environment of Sales. • Maintaining customer relations over long periods of time including cold calls.
