We are hiring for HR Assistant for one of our client.
Job Purpose: Assist in the HR department reorganization and day to day activities such as Work permit, desert pass, CNAS, ANEM correspondences and employee relations. Contributes to the job satisfaction of our employees by reliably anticipating their needs in terms of social employment administration. Contributes in creating confidence in the HR department and peace of mind for the employees. Job Responsibilities:
Maintain effective working relationships with all NOV Algeria employees and headquarter HR Team
Assist with the HR department reorganization
Responsible for social security administration and Chifa cards management
Assist with the expatriate work permit, residence, and desert pass
Assist with CNAS and ANEM correspondences
Creating and maintaining employee personnel file
Completing new hire paperwork as per the Algerian law requirements and check their files such as medicals
certificate, work certificate, criminal records
Tracking local employees’ vacation leave, sick leave and emergency leaves.
Follow personal rotation schedules on a monthly basis.
Arrange meet and greet services for new hires.
Update the legal books
Preparing work certificate, titre de congé and other related documents
Follow employee medical check up
Administers benefits programs such as Service Awards, Orient insurance Communication
