– Managing end to end relationship and performance for top souq.com marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
– Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
– Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on souq.com
– Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
– Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in e-commerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
– Analytical and data driven with good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
– Functional knowledge of Arabic and experience in Middle East is a big plus.
– MBA from a reputed institute is a plus
