Our client is looking to recruit a Business Consultant to attract new business through promoting, marketing and selling existing RealPay products to customers within the scope of the company and profile. To expand existing business, support, assess, train and visit existing customers on a regular basis and to maintain good customer relations.

To have competent knowledge and fully understand all RealPay products.
To be able to use and understand all payments software applications before any sales process takes place.
To identify and conduct market research on possible target markets.
To assist with creation and give input to all marketing material necessary to attract new clients.
To identify top prospects in pre-identified market segments and to attract this business
To do regular monthly assessments for all new and existing customers making use of data in the Real Pay system.
Monthly contact with priority customers or their representatives to discuss the previous months statistics and performance.
To report all complaints or suggestions received from customers to Management

Excellent organizing ability as well as sales and administrative skills.

Education & Experience
3 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships.
Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred.
Short courses will be advantageous.
Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payment solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office,
