I love the watch design, but the watch itself is a complete lemon. I have bought this watch three separate times and it still does not work properly. The first time, the hour and minute hand swung freely in the watch. I returned it directly to Timex. The second time, I bought from Amazon thinking the first watch had defect and the return policy with Amazon is less cumbersome than Timex. Right out of the box, I set the date/time and played around with the features of the watch that I most commonly use, most the chrono function. When I press start on the chrono function, the watch completely blacks out and resets itself somehow, meaning I have to set the date/time again. I sent the watch back to Amazon for a replacement. When the new watch arrived...same issue...the watch resets itself every time I start the chrono function. Very disappointing. Come on, Timex. You are better than this.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Watch buckle is made of plastic that looks like metal. The watch band broke off the watch face 1 hour into my 12 hour shift. It LOOKS really cool. Love the Boho look, but the quality of the watch band and buckle are very cheap and not at all durable.
