Because of limited mobility, I never know who will do my grocery shopping and meal preparation. In other words, I can only count on having vegetables half of the time. I love adding this as a side dish or mixing it in with an entree. They work well cold or thrown into a hot dish. My favorites are the ‘riced’ cauliflower & the artichoke. I love the taste of the asperagus but found my body produced an even stronger aroma (if you know what I mean about asperagus eating) in this, possibly, more intense format. Very Satisfying all around. Great substitue for something more starchy.

This is probably necessary to avoid heating/cooking as is done with canned vegetables. They are much crispier than canned vegetables. The sourness might be fine in some dishes or to some tastes.
