It does not fit Mercury aluminum wheels. It only fits in the silver painted 9 spoke 2 piece wheel covers. On the back of the center cap it has a double 5 point wire ring see pictures. Fabric is thin woven, it might work well for those in warmer climates, the fit was slightly larger than USA sizes, the color is two shades lighter than advertised, navy blue is actually a periwinkle blue. It arrived timely.
