Its known for being an organic biodynamic wine from old vineyards. Alcohol: ~14. 5% Farming: organic & biodynamic Aging: about 12 months in French oak barrels Typical flavours include: Ripe berries Mediterranean herbal balsamic notes Chocolate Vanilla Licorice Its generally full bodied with smooth tannins and a long finish.
