Albert Abbe studied at the Technical School in Helsingborg, Caleb Althin's painting school in Stockholm and at the Acadmie Colarossi in Paris. He was an early representative of modernism in Scania and his works can be found in the Moderna Museet in Stockholm and the Malm Konstmuseum. Signed by the artist and dated 1948.
