We use all fresh natural ingredients and we smoke it in our old fashioned offset wood smokers over 100% natural hardwood. We use fresh jalapeno flakes that we bring in from New Mexico, blend it with our sea salt and smoke the hell out of it. This salt is very smoky and pretty spicy. They are packed in 4oz salt

Will buy again !
