Later models used the welded faces on the seats with a narrower flute design as production became more automated. The flutes on the cover do not run all the way to the front of the skirt and have the distinctive roll under the knees as pictured. We would suggest that you strip one seat first to see exactly how it is fitted then assemble the diaphragms

My son loved the suit. It was not itchy. The fabric was soft. He did not like the vest but it is because he normally wears baggy clothes.
