I didn't have terribly bad morning breath prior to using this but after adding this into my night routine, my morning breath is completely gone. Also, spicy foods seem a little more spicy these days and I think that's due to my tastebuds being so much cleaner. It feels refreshing and I highly recommend. Non abrasive, yet properly cleans the tongue

It didn't cut my tongue or anything like some of the other reviewers are complaining. Worked perfectly for me. Also like the fact that it comes with a useful container and you get two of them. I prefer the metal tongue cleaner to plastic, and dragging it across my tongue collects the layer of particles and leaves my tongue feeling clean without hurting it. Its actually a little thicker as compared to the cleaner I had earlier, so I was unsure if it will clean the tongue as my previous tongue cleaner, but after using it for a month, I am very happy with it.
