Good, casual khaki. These do have their flaws. They have very average stitching, loose threads will happen. But they are true to size, very comfortable fabric. Priced very reasonable. You put them on and forget um. I will say the top button hole is "tight" on both pairs of mine. Don't let that catch you short heading to the bathroom.
