Decent condition, but it does need a good cleaning (I didn't get the time to take it to the dry cleaner). There is white staining (should come out) in several places. The armpits have some discoloration. There are button holes on the cuffs for cufflinks. Side metal zipper. A few very tiny pinprick holes

I really love everything I've tried from Daily Ritual and this shirt is no exception. The material is super soft and the fit is cute, feminine, flattering, making for a nice elevated "basic." The one thing I will note is that while I usually wear a small in most dresses from Daily Ritual (which is unusual for me, but I find this brand runs large) this top in the size small was too small and I had to return it for a medium, which is the size I (5'7, 140 lbs, 34F bust, 31" waist) usually wear.
