Instead of having to drink something or taste something - - - so I won't eat something before bed. It's been a miracle answer for pre-bed and dry mouth during a sleep period and wakening dryer than I want to be. I really wish this was, like, a gel for running or something because the flavor is really tasty. Not too sweet, but flavorful enough to make sure you use it. I'm probably applying way too little but I genuinely just tried it so I'm not used to it yet.
