This unicorn enables the fixed gear conversion of bikes with 135mm or 142mm rear spacing. It's machined with care by Paul in Chico, California. It's absolutely bomb proof, light, adjustable, serviceable, and comes with their own thick stainless steel lockring. Paul machines these hubs from 2 5 8 round bars of aircraft grade 6061 aluminum. I wouldn't gift these... they seem to start having grinding issues after a few days of use. It feels like the grinding piece is binding / going to break when turning the top. Would not purchase again, and look for more durable item.
