Nitrile rubber can tolerate short term dry running of the sealing lip. The operating temperature range without failure of nitrile rubber is 40 to +100 C. Perfect fit for 2018 grand touring

It fit perfectly in my 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I replaced both filters & had no issues installing them. They feel really well made. I could notice a difference in smell right away. It wasn’t bad, I just knew I had replaced them LOL. The value is great for what you get.
