The locket has a sailor's photo inside. The blue velvet box is marked on the inside "Hilborn Hamburger, Inc. Military Jewelers New York". Overall good condition. The jewelry has some light tarnishing discoloration (mostly on the back). The box has some wear and tear on the corners.
