It was easy to put together but you MUST pay attention to the details in the instructions or it will take you forever. The holes have to be on the correct side, flipped the correct way, etc. Other than that, it is super easy. Came with all of the parts and tools. Pushes well, even on our tile floor. I love the way it turned out and he was so excited!
