It has been painted red inside and out (but not the bottom) for some reason. I am not sure what the paint might be hiding but it seems like it is in decent condition. This is the second one of these shirts I’ve ordered. I don’t wear ties anymore, so I actually wear this mock turtle neck under a blazer, or a sports coat as my father used to call them.
