US Army Medical Sweetheart Chain PinVintage WWII small US Army Medical sweetheart chain pin. One pin has the medical caduceus and the other says "U. S. Army". Both pieces are unmarked. They are gold colored, although they are not the exact same shade. The medical pin has a bit more wear to the finish than the Army pin. Overall good condition with light wear and age.
