I'm in that percentage of women who have chin hair, unfortunately. I shave almost every day so I bought this thinking maybe it would help stretch it out a few days. I used it twice and broke out in a rash (just on the chin/neck area). I was sitting at work and subtley scratched my chin area. Thought nothing of it. Then I scratched a little more.
