I have an upside down plug halfway up my wall that was really difficult to use and this is really been a game changer. It's flat against my wall so I'm not going to hit the cord and it it's long enough to put it in a more usable spot in the spare bedroom. Before you order though, do yourself a favor and check two things: 1) Make sure the size is actually big enough for what you need, and 2) Check that your corner is actually a true 90-degree angle.
