This is a good plastic-free, portable form of mouthwash. Pop one or two tablets in your mouth, chew well, add a little water if your mouth is particularly dry (mine is), swish, and spit. That's it. It's a balanced flavor, if that means anything to you - basically, my mouth somehow feels right afterwards.
